Pilot A - Up to 10 People

Pilot A includes jump-start support for the executive sponsor, Self-coaching Reports for all participants; a Team Performance Report with one Team Target; debriefing session on the report; and a Team Leader’s Playbook with separate learning session.
Time requirements are minimal — about an hour for each team member, and about 3 hours (including debriefing and Playbook learning) for the executive sponsor. Typical turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks. $4,500

Pilot B - Up to 25 People

Team Performance Pilots are fixed price management reports with positive business impact, a small footprint, and quick turnaround. Pilot B has the same components and follows the same procedure as Pilot A, but includes two Team Targets, so it can include additional info on a larger team, or teaming info on an upper-level team plus info on one of the subordinate teams. $9,500

Teamability For Hire™

Teamability For Hire™ is a half-day session for people in HR and/or recruiting. It covers Teamability concepts essential for most-effective results. ‘T4H’ methods guide user efficiency in attracting and selecting people whose ‘mode’ of teaming is closely aligned with specific job responsibilities and team mission. $3,750 live instructor online.

Single Reports

Individual reports are used for management advisory and self-coaching purposes. Single reports start at $95/each for 1 – 19. Per-report price is progressively discounted as usage expands.

Applying Teamability

Applying Teamability is a full-day course for team leaders (up to 10). It is typically delivered in two half-day sessions. The course explains how and why Teamability works, by touching on the theory and science. It then provides instruction and hands-on exercise in using Teamability for designing optimal team structures, for improving management and communication skills, and for creating a high-performance, collaborative work environment. $9,500 plus expenses. 
(Recommended ASAP following delivery of Team Performance Analyses on up to 10 teams.)
